Endless Bummer Introduces BASTARD JET (Panic Candy, Hope Lane Is A Dead End)

Jan. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Bastard Jet is the solo project of Boston musician Nick Diminico (Panic Candy, Fuckrocket, Hope Lane Is A Dead End). Given the freedom that comes with a solo project, Nick has created a bombastic metalcore album that manages to show homage to Nick's roots, while striving to provide something unique to the listener. Two songs are up for preview at the Bastard Jet bandcamp page (http://www.bastardjet.bandcamp.com).

His self-titled debut will be available for streaming and preorder on January 18th at the Endless Bummer Records webstore (http://endlessbummerrecords.limitedrun.com/products/507650-bastard-jet-s-t-cdep), and will be formally released on February 26th.

This release has been a long time coming for Nick. Having played in the prolific North Shore band Panic Candy and sleazy newcomers Fuckrocket, Nick enlisted the help of his friends in the local music scene to provide vocals and varied instrumentation throughout.

Produced by Anthony Simone (Pathogenic) and Nick himself, Bastard Jet have written a hardcore album for the more positive (and foggy) minded, while managing to stay relentlessly heavy and never reverting to cliches to get his point across.
