Power Design, Inc. Awarded “EnV at Mary Brickell” Miami’s Newest Luxury Apartments

Jan. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Power Design, Inc. has been named electrical contractor on EnV at Mary Brickell. The residential tower is located in the heart of Brickell District, one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Miami.
   
Power Design partnered with LNR Property, LLC, Lynd Company and Plaza Construction on the 390-unit luxury tower, which will feature smart building technology, interactive software design and networking and wireless touch screen panels in each unit allowing control of all interior electronics.  The building will also include a modern private club room, one-acre resort-style recreation deck complete with a swimming pool, spa and private cabanas with televisions, theater and fitness center.

The project is being built above an existing Publix Supermarket, which will remain open during the construction of the 35-story high rise, magnifying the importance of Power Design’s impressive safety record and experience with complicated projects.
