Happenings Media Launches into New Year with Technical Upgrades

Jan. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- The Happenings Media network is kicking off 2013 with major technical improvements, including a network migration to a shared URL as well as the unveiling of a new Happenings Media website at www.HappeningsMedia.com.

First, in a strategic move to better connect Happening's Media's various digital properties, each of the 18 Happening Magazines will move to a combined URL under www.HappeningMag.com. Prior to this, each Happening location was hosted under a separate domain name. The transition is expected to be complete by Monday, January 14th. All future Happenings Media Magazines will be hosted under the new, combined URL.

In addition, the growing hyperlocal media network unveiled an updated corporate website at www.HappeningsMedia.com on January 10, 2013. The design includes a more robust team page, additional product offerings, and improved submission forms.

Angela Giovine, co-founder and head of the network's technology & development, summed up the company's strategic decisions, "As Happenings Media grows, we're constantly re-evaluating the technological interface of the network.
