The Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group Finishes with a Strong 2012
The Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group Finished out its inaugural year with a bang, as the team managed to close over $1.6 Million in Sales Volume despite the fledgling team only being formed in March.
“At first, I was a little bit nostalgic to leave Jimmy’s team. Jimmy has been a great mentor to me and has taught me everything that I have ever learned about Real Estate and Selling Homes in Louisville up to this point, but I knew by forming my own team a great opportunity would present itself.”
In 2012, the Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group became a top team at Keller Williams Louisville East Office and Mr. Peskoe hopes to build on that momentum: “Getting started in March, we were behind the eight ball a little bit, so to speak. We started off a little bit slow, but I think we managed to close out the year on a pretty strong note. I’m very happy with our progress at this point. The sky is the limit.”
In 2012, the Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group closed on 15 homes with average days to close at 36 days and with an average of 73 days on market. The team, however, only took 2 listings in 2012, choosing to mostly concentrate on helping buyers. “I think that’s definitely an area for improvement in 2013 that I would like to see going forward. I’m definitely looking to help more people list their Louisville homes and get them sold this year. “
With this formation of the Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group, Keller Williams looks to build upon its growing market share, in which the company has recently become the third largest brokerage in the Louisville, KY residential real estate market and the second largest real estate firm in the United States. In 2012, JD Power and Associates ranked Keller Williams Realty highest in customer satisfaction among Home Buyer and Seller Segments.
