-- Chandler Park Dental Care, the office of Dr. Eli Jackson, will once again provide free dental care to anyone who needs it, at their third annual Smiles from the Heart event.
The first two Smiles from the Heart events, held in 2011 and 2012 were a huge success. Last year 266 patients received treatment during the event and over $90,000 in free dentistry was provided. Over 70 volunteers came together to organize this remarkable event.
“We know that times are tough and many people put off important things like dental care,” says Dr. Jackson. “That’s why I have assembled a team of volunteer dentists, assistants and hygienists to give a totally free day of dental care.”Smiles from the Heart
was designed specifically to treat people who need urgent dental care. “We will treat as many people as we can on February 8th. Each person will have the choice of receiving a cleaning, filling or extraction. We will see people all day long, as many as we can, all at no cost to them,” says Dr. Jackson.
“We know there are many fine people in our area who really need dental care, but right now they just can’t afford it,” says Dr. Jackson. “That’s why we are trying to reach out to as many people as possible. Our message is; just come in, let us help you.”
The third annual Free Dentistry event will take place on Friday, February 8th, 2013 at Chandler Park Dental Care, 1857 Tucker Way, in Bowling Green. Dr. Jackson and his team will start seeing patients from 7 am and continue until 4 pm.
