New Insulated Stylish Diabetes Bags

Jan. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Style is no longer compromised when it comes to diabetes bags, cases or pouches.  Since 2007 Stick Me Designs has been on the forefront of bringing together style and function to the daily testing rituals for people with diabetes all across the globe.

Many available designs that have come along since our launch in 2007, cater to either the younger community of diabetes, or to those seeking more muted or neutral colors. Stick Me Designs is forging the way with bright bold colors,  innovative function and features.

The newest collection of wristlets is not exception. With an interior insulated pocket, a Velcro ‘strap to fit meter placeholder’, several pockets, a two way wristlet strap and metal clip rings to attach a shoulder strap, the newly re-launched wristlets will accommodate many meter sizes, while keeping other supplies organized and safe.

The founder Rickina Velte strives to not only encourage regular glucose testing and monitoring through her diabetes bag designs, but to also start more conversations of awareness.  Velte is quoted saying “our diabetes bags not only lift up morale about diabetes, but encourage the community to engage others with honest and real conversations…it’s something that our designs are known to do very well”  

While a great bag won’t cure diabetes, it can go a long way toward self-esteem and a better sense of still being who you are despite diabetes.
