StartOnMac Services Receive Superior Reviews by Customers
StartOnMac requests that every customer complete a post-support survey on their support experience. In December, 2012 StartOnMac tabulated and published the survey results to share with their Care Experts and existing or potential customers.

“On our survey, we asked each customer whether they would likely recommend StartOnMac to friends or colleagues, based upon their support experience. We used a 0 to 10 point scale, with 0 being not likely at all and 10 being extremely likely that they would recommend our services.”, states Antonio Lopez. “And we were thrilled to see that we rated a 9.8 ranking! An almost perfect 10!”
