New Weight-Loss Book Teaches Thinking, Not Dieting
Brenda J. Bentley’s new book presents her proven methods in ending emotional eating, weight loss struggles
Other books focus on teaching eating rules to follow in order to get results. Those books work as long as one follows the rules, but it takes willpower in order to keep up with the rigid plan. “Eat, Guilt, Repent, Repeat” is different. It focuses on making change from the inside out, starting with thoughts and feelings. This book’s focus is on the inner game of transformation.
“Eat, Guilt, Repent, Repeat” is filled with theory and practice, as well as the personal stories of Bentley’s clients that offer real life examples for her methods. Readers will find both the information they need to learn, and the strategies they need transform their lives and make it sustainable.

Brenda J. Bentley draws on over 10 years of experience as a therapist and coach to help people to let go of their limitations and realize their potential. She teaches her clients to trust themselves to know what they need and to live authentically through this truth. Originally from Orlando, Fla., she relocated to England in 1999 and resides in Warwickshire. She’s married, has a teenage son and runs a successful practice from the Harborne Complementary Health Clinic in Birmingham.
