RBD Ventures to start purchasing land; moving company in 2013
RBD Ventures, residential redevelopment company to make few changes in new year
RBD Ventures, a residential redevelopment company based in San Diego County, will start purchasing land and developing brand new properties from scratch in 2013, the company announced.
RBD has sold over $29 million in real estate over the past three years, with the primary focus being home-buying, fixing and selling residential real estate.
Due to the appreciation of the extremely competitive San Diego market, in late 2012 RBD started buying vacant land with the direction to build new spec homes in 2013. With very low interest rates for qualified buyers - a big reason prices raising for single-family homes - this presents RBD with new opportunities to start developing new homes, because of the affordability it creates for the buyer.
Also announced, in mid-February, RBD will be moving to a new office - the former Terminix building right off Pacific Coast Highway at I-8 and I-5 merge (right off the 5 freeway) in San Diego.
It will allow RBD great signage and tremendous marketing opportunities as some 200,000 cars drive past the building every day. It will also allow RBD Ventures to be under the same room as their sister companies, RBD Residential and Trotter Door & Trim.
