Showcase Events Selects The WeddingDIVA™ As Official Planner For Wedding In A Week

Jan. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Baltimore, MD – Linnyette Richardson-Hall, Creative Director of Premiere Event Management, announced today that she will serve as the official wedding planner for Fox45 Baltimore’s 2013 Wedding in a Week contest. The contest, a partnership between Fox45 and Showcase Events, is entering its fifth year and is one of the news station’s most popular contests.

Richardson-Hall, known by many as “The WeddingDIVA™,” brings 20 years of diversified wedding planning experience to the contest, having produced local, national, and international nuptial events for her satisfied clients. Her professional service to the industry includes a stint on the Board of Directors of the National Association For Catering and Events (NACE) and numerous public speaking engagements and educational lectures including the LoveMexico Conference, in association with the Mexico Board of Tourism. In addition, she is best known as one of the stars of Style Network’s “Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?”

“Having known Linnyette for years, we are well aware of the star quality she possesses and that makes her the perfect fit,” said Marc McIntosh, CEO of Showcase Events and producer of the Baltimore Bridal Show. “With changes to this year’s contest format, we wanted to secure a wedding planner with noted television experience and equipped to take on those changes.
