, the trusted source for specialty pharmaceutical consulting, web products and data analytics, has just announced the date for its second annual Specialty Pharmacy Leadership Congress. The 2013 event will take place Oct 22-24, 2013 at The Peabody Orlando, a beautiful four-star hotel designed for meetings and conventions.

was held October 24-26, 2012 in Orlando, FL and was met with rave reviews, both during the Congress and in the post-event survey. Below are a few highlights from the survey where respondents agreed or strongly agreed:
• 98% enjoyed the session topics and speakers
• 94% felt the Congress sessions met their business needs
• 96% felt there was ample time to network and make meaningful connections with other attendees
• 88% felt they were able to contribute their ideas and collaborate with peers
The Therigy team developed the Congress to be a collaborative event between all attendees. Joe Morse, President and Chief Operating Officer for Therigy states, “We are happy to serve as facilitators by helping guide discussions around the trends and issues we face in this industry to drive meaningful recommendations for change that will benefit everyone. This year’s event was highly successful but our work isn’t done. Our goal is to continue the workshop discussions throughout the year and provide updates on those initiatives at the 2013 Congress.”
Therigy has advised that the Specialty Pharmacy Leadership Congress will remain an intimate, invitation-only event. However, they will expand the breadth of the invitees to have representation from other interested parties such as hospital systems and health plans as well as increased representation from pharmaceutical manufacturers. The company has advised that the 2013 event website will launch in early February.
