Cold Hard Facts of being an Entrepreneur
Sacramento, Ca January 4, 2012 - Neckties Only and founder Norman E. Allen introduces Neckties Only to the public...with a brief look inside of Norman's struggle and losses.
After two years of working on a failed business opportunity and losing a lousy paying job. Norman set out to find a job to pay the ever mounting bills. The Interviews went well, until he had to explained to the interviewer what he had been doing for the last two years. Working on a company "idea" that lost funding and never had any sales would of made him a laughing stock of Shark Tank.
Since, he was unable to find a job and his unemployment insurance payments running out. He took his last $300 unemployment check and purchased some Neckties from an online bidding site. The only thought that he could hold on to was to at least double the money he has just spent.
He has always been an Entrepreneur at heart and want to be able to run a company. So he decided that Neckties were going to be the product that he would bring to the masses. After three months of purchasing the first batch of Neckties he is selling their own brand of neckties daily via the website necktiesonly.com.
With Norman living at his uncles in a trailer park and his four kids living at the in-laws home with their mother; Norman's wife. He hopes these days that are full of struggle will be behind him soon.
Norman can be quoted saying, "I am awaiting the day when I can gather my family back under one roof with food in their belly's and I can send all of my thanks to those who believed in Neckties Only."
Neckties are the product that Norman chose to save / start his life. Now you know how Neckties Only came to existence...and what the name means to him. When someone asks Norman what made him a success, he can say "Neckties Only".
If Norman is able to share his story he would sum it up as..."Ready, Shoot, Aim".
