Nina Alvarez Launches Cordage Books Publishing Company And Debuts First Book

The book includes features, how-to’s, and personal narratives of ordinary people propelled to extraordinary versions of themselves through the transformative process of “following one’s bliss.”

The book's foreword was written by nationally recognized TV and radio personality Michele Mattia, who emphasizes the importance of maintaining a strong focus on our Life’s Dash, that precious time between arrival and departure from this world. She said, “I became a fan of Nina and her magazine Follow Your Bliss because our passions were in such alignment.” Both women’s lives revolve around wanting to help listeners and readers move toward a more empowered life.
