Pircer has more than 20 years of business and operation management experience working with companies that range from multi-million dollar automotive suppliers to local fitness clubs. He gained his expertise as a plant manager in the auto supplier industry, where he was part of a team that opened a new company plant and—years later—had to shut it down. From his experiences, he went on to operate his own management consulting firm that helped companies be more efficient and profitable, before joining the AdviCoach® team where he coaches small- to mid-size businesses throughout the Metro Detroit area.
