Kathie and Dennis have worked in the business for the past 30 years and became owners 15 years ago. Kathie and Dennis have backgrounds in music education and the business employed a staff with virtually no experience or knowledge of the inner workings of a restaurant. This left the Cote’s constantly tied to the business and unable to take time off. They needed to find a business coach to help them hire the right management team and establish cohesive systems at the restaurant. “It’s so easy to get distracted in the regular day-to-day, that it’s refreshing to have someone there who understands your business and keeps you on track,” said Kathie. “Ann has helped us grow the business in so many ways.
