MS Dynamics CRM integration experience key as netXtra refines Foundation Trust Network website

Jan. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Internet and digital communications providers netXtra has recently integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the website of Foundation Trust Network (FTN) - a membership organisation representing and supporting NHS public provider trusts.

Until recently, the FTN had been a subdivision within the NHS Confederation and since moving away had been keen to establish their own ‘personality’ and brand identity. As a result, netXtra supported FTN with the launch of a new website - www.foundationtrustnetwork.org - earlier this year. More recently, netXtra further refined the design and development of the website and has also worked closely with FTN’s chosen CRM consultancy partner Hart Square (http://www.hartsquare.co.uk) to integrate the site to their Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This approach was ideal for FTN who ultimately benefited from almost 20 years of back-office integration expertise from netXtra.

The website provides members with a number of new facilities, including member-only user forums, a comprehensive resources library with quick and easy downloadable access to FTN briefings and publications, and a new Blog featuring FTN’s Chief Executive Chris Hopson. The site also provides organisations aspiring to become an NHS Foundation Trust with a wealth of free online resources as well as extensive advice and support as they prepare their Trust applications. Having now been integrated to their back-office system, members can log into the site to book events and update their personal details – all directly driven by and recorded back to their new CRM.
