-- Minneapolis, Minnesota – December 27, 2012 - A local Author and Publisher site, Bookbyline.com is collecting poems in memory of the Sandy Hook Elementary victims. The poems, submitted by average individuals through social media sites, will be compiled in a Book called: “#26Angels:
Words for a Healing Heart” to be release in early 2013.
The purpose of this project is to create a website that will bring together readers, writers and publishers. The site will allow novice or professional writers, particularly those who do not have time to devote to their writing to connect with each other, find a publisher, share ideas with other writers and get published (or find someone to publish). The literary work can be a poem, a memoir or a novel. The site’s domain name is www.Bookbyline.com.
The website helps users write and organize poems, a book or short stories by allowing users to type as little or as much as they want: they can enter one line, one paragraph or more.
A user would login and write a paragraph or a line with the option to publish it so other users on bookbyline can read it right away. If published other users would see the file on the writer’s home page, like a published status update on Facebook, except the viewer (the publisher, other writers and readers) can click on it and have the file come up as a PDF file ready to be read (the file can also be in another format like text file. Perhaps the writer could choose in which of the two formats their file can be viewed).
