Conscious Company Tired Of Violent Lyrics
Stepping outside yourself is the one thing all mankind can do for those in need says; owner Milliea McKinney
Conscious Music Entertainment, is a company established in 2010 inspired by the meeting of Grammy artist Skyler Jett.
McKinney says; that her meeting Skyler Jett, changed her life forever. Milliea McKinney, whose contributions to the legends of country music as a songwriter brought her full circle when she met one Grammy artist Skyler Jett. her understanding the dynamics of songwriting and the relationship lyrics have to music is one she now says should be apart of education in all music related classes in all learning institutions.
This education would bring a better understanding to humanity and why positive entertainment is so vital to establishing what is and is not deemed appropriate for the universe and for mankind.
McKinney, goes on to explain that words have power, and knowing this will determine the dynamics from the message music entertainment will bring to the audiences of humanity. Being a 'product of our environment' will then bring the response from those messages we have received from that entertainment. Knowing this can help us make better choices of the kinds of music we choose to listen and be inspired by and certainly the music and entertainment we allow our children to take part in as well. Serving as their role models.
Today's entertainment has too much violence, sexual, and graphic content in it. Is it possible that our society now is reaping what we have allowed to filter into our environment?
McKinney, says; meeting the 'most sought after songwriter', only confirmed her own ideas and knowledge she had experienced in her own journey as a professional songwriter.
