-- Tritech, Inc., an instrument service provider to the life science community, has recently announced that it will now offer full support for Agilent's popular 1100 and 1200 series HPLC systems to clients throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Tritech (http://www.tritechinc.com)
will provide a range of services for either the 1100 or 1200 series HPLC systems which include preventative maintenance to a full service agreement which covers all parts and labor for any repairs.
As these instruments reach the end of their product lifecycle, manufacturers typically drop support of equipment to focus on their new offerings. Tritech's main focus during this period will be to reduce the loss of coverage for any instrument affected by the lack of OEM support and to lessen equipment down-time by providing on average 24 hour response time.
Tritech believes that by expanding its support to Agilent HPLC systems (http://www.tritechinc.com/agilent-hplc-repair-service-and...
) companies and institutions can significantly reduce costs by eliminating service contracts from larger, more expensive OEM service providers and centralizing their support to one provider. This will result in an increase in accountability and great management of assets for each laboratory facility.
For over 20 years, Tritech has provided OEM level service (http://www.tritechinc.com/Service.html
) to government, private, and educational institutions while reducing their overall equipment and maintenance costs by extending the service life of older, but capable instruments. Tritech's current clients include notable institutions such as Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, Yale, and more.
