This W&U profile roll forming machine,copper water-stop roll forming machine was designed to handle with copper strip coils (RAW MATERIAL) of 1.0mm thickness and produce both W & U shaped profiles without changing any rollers,because the copper water-stop profile roll forming machine,W & U shaped profile roll forming machine was built in 2 base structures with rolling units. The 2 rolling part structures will be connected when produce W copper profiles and U profiles will be produced without the first rolling part. Under the same PLC control system, this copper water-stop profile roll forming machine,W & U shaped profile roll forming machine is able to work both full-automatically and manually,including roll forming,measuring the length of the finished products,and cutting the products according to required lengths and quantities. Our copper water-stop profile roll forming machine,W & U shaped profile roll forming machine consists of a manual uncoiler, feeding guide,2 removable roll forming units, hydrauilc cutting unit, hydraulic station,PLC computer control system and runnout tables.
