Speakerpreneur Toastmasters to host Creating Partnerships: The Honorary Induction of Sam Funchess
Speakerpreneur Toastmasters will host our first meeting of 2013 Creating Partnerships. This meeting will feature our first Honorary Member Induction of Mr. Sam Funchess, CEO for the Nussbaum Center.
The Honorary Membership Induction is the first of its kind for the Speakerpreneur Toastmasters chapter to pay homage to the synergistic atmosphere that the Nussbaum Center provides. The club is specifically geared to focus on the needs and goals of business owners in the Triad. Speakerpreneur wants to connect more business owners to the experience of a club that "lets you do you".
Achieving goals is a staple of this chapter as we have been able to have the largest growth of new members in the area. Speakerpreneur Toastmasters has recently been awarded the International Smedley Award, which represents the achievement of obtaining five or more new members from August-September. The chapter is on course to be a President's Distinguished chapter, which is the highest honor for a chapter in Toastmasters.
