Follow on Google News | Don't Make Another New Years ResolutionInstead of a New Year Resolution, why not create a theme for the New Year to keep your commitment and enthusiasm going? How do you make goals, realistic ones, and stick to them?
2012 is/was my year of order and preparation. I had to get some things right first, so I can be in proper position when the blessings and achievements come into fruition. 2013 Theme is The Manifestation. So I know everything that I do in 2013 will be in alignment with bringing into manifestation all the hard work, seeds I planted, habits and people I had to let loose, everything that I endured to finally get it right will come to be in 2013. I find a scripture, quote, or affirmation to back it up and use it to keep me on track through the year. What's your theme for 2013? How will you make it come to a reality? What has to die in you for the real you to live? Post your theme in your journal, on your wall, keep it in your purse, etc and make whatever moves you have to make to be in alignment with your theme. Be realistic with yourself but be steadfast in your journey. Make adjustments as necessary. If you are ready to go to the next step in your life and begin to eliminate those negative emotions of un-forgiveness, bitterness, anger, resentment from your past or even now in your present, it is time to do something about it, about you. If you cannot take control and change yourself, the things and people around you will not change. Check out the 13 Things Not to Take with You into the New Year (2013) Un-forgiveness Bitterness Anger Resentment Victimitis Syndrome Grudges Low Self-Worth/Esteem Jealousy Complaining Bad Attitude Regret Fear Negativity Once these hindering emotions are cleared, you are then able to focus clearly on creating a new life for yourself.
