Dec. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Portland, Oregon—AMACOM, the publishing division of the American Management Association, will publish a new book by William Seidman and Rick Grbavac of Cerebyte on using affirmative leadership to dramatically improve performance. The book will be released in 2013.

Through affirmative leadership, a proven methodology developed by Seidman and Grbavac, Cerebyte helps to optimize performance and nurture leadership at all levels in organizations. By creating programs based on each company’s unique strengths and needs, the authors have helped hundreds of companies exceed their performance expectations and create a culture of greatness.

At a large print and digital advertising company, Seidman and Grbavac guided the entire company to develop a more client-centric culture, leading to a solution selling approach that more than doubled their sales of digital solutions in six months.

Dale Lockwood, the Manager of Customer Solutions said,

“Cerebyte has helped transform our sales and customer service people from one-dimensional to whole-brain thinkers and doers, capable of seeing today’s realities through a new set of eyes.

Cerebyte’s approach, employing a balance of modern science, business acumen and the understanding of performance demands, has made them a valuable partner to our company and a critical asset to our future.

Dr. Bill Seidman and team continue to remain accessible every step of the way through our transformative journey, and should be considered a necessary partner for any company wanting to break free from the shackles of old thinking and under-performance.”

In their new book, the authors will teach readers how to do what hundreds of companies already using the methodology have achieved: Identify their top performers, motivate others to adopt their knowledge and behaviors, and effectively transform the corporate-wide culture.
