Dec. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- The company has three offices in Australia, Canada and the United States. The company features four different areas of the world to travel; Cambodia, Costa Rica, Thailand and Australia.

EDventure International (http://edventureintl.com/) works to improve each volunteer's life through four main areas; personal, social, organizational and culturally. Through building of these four traits, volunteers will become more adept to become future global leaders. Volunteers learn this through not only in volunteer work but in classrooms. Here the volunteers learn about specific traits of successful global leaders. They learn what strengths and weakness they personally have and how to improve. Many grow and bond with others here, building lifetime friendships.

In Costa Rica, volunteers will work and live among the local community. This area features an amazing array of wildlife and plants. Protecting this ecosystem is not only important to the country but to the rest of the world as it could lead into discoveries on how to improve our lifestyle and medicine. Volunteers can protect, build or teach. Those who choose to protect will work closely with the protected national parks. Volunteers will learn to feed and care for the animals, many who are endangered. Those who build will also work closely with the national parks. They may build housing for animals, build fencing, plant trees or work in gardens. Those who teach will be helping the local children learn English, they may also teach travelers about Costa Rica's delicate ecosystem.

Thailand is a beautiful, tropical country with many friendly locals. Here volunteers can choose between three different jobs; protect, build and teach. Volunteers who choose to protect will work closely with elephants which are endangered in this country due to poaching. Volunteers will learn to feed and provide basic health care. They will also spend time educating the locals on how to treat elephants as well. Those who build will work closely with those in the local community. Volunteers will help communities become self sustaining by helping build crop areas, water lines and roads. Volunteers also help renovate and build local schools. Those who teach will work to improve the country's educational standard. Many do not attend schools here, volunteers will work to improve schools and encourage children to attend.

Cambodia is a country that has endured many wars, yet the locals are eager to rebuild and move into the future. Volunteers are needed greatly to help rebuild the communities that have been torn apart by warfare. Basic housing, clean water and farming is needed. Volunteers can work with communities and not only help locals build these things but educate them as well. There are many orphans in this area, many are not able to receive proper education as it is costly here. Volunteers can teach classrooms offering children a chance to learn and a chance to succeed.
