2013 Youth Summit - Health Fair

Non-profit organization, Breaking the Chains of Generational Curses, is hosting a New Year Youth Summit with FREE Seminars on Social, Physical, & Health Education for children and parents at Ousley Methodist Church in Lithonia, GA on January 5, 2013.

Dec. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- The summit will focus on health, physical and social education.  Free breakfast will be served and noted celebrity entertainers will appear to include Head Krack of the Rickey Smiley radio show, Gabrielle Burgess of the Rickey Smiley TV show, Bria Anai, DJ TayRocc, the cast of Superstar Dreamz and more.  

"This event will be a huge benefit to the community at large.  We appreciate the initiatives this organization is bringing to the area and we need more focus on our youth," says Reggie Cason of Exposure Multimedia.

Children between the ages of 11 - 18 will have access to free seminars, health screenings, and more.  Separate seminars will be available to adults/parents/guardians.  Youth groups, schools, recreational centers, and other organizations are encouraged to attend.  

The event will be hosted by Ousley Methodist Church on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 10-2.  Parents should bring their children and encourage them to attend each seminar.  Participants will qualify to receive special prizes from the organization's sponsors.  

Breaking the Chains of Generational Curses' mission is to offer at risk and abused young women the chance to be a champion of their surroundings by being offered youth services and programs that will provide them with the attributes needed to be a self sufficient professional as an adult and non reliant upon government provided services.
