Avison Young brokers lease on behalf of Lexington Eye Associates

Dec. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Boston, MA – Avison Young, North America’s fastest growing commercial real estate services company, has successfully brokered a lease for Lexington Eye Associates at the Concord Meadows Corporate Center, 300 Baker Avenue, Concord, MA. The tenant, Lexington Eye Associates, was represented by Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook. Principal Duncan Gratton of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord Normandy Real Estate Partners. The lease is on 12,186-sf for fourteen years.

For over forty years, Lexington Eye Associates has offered a full range of ophthalmic services to patients of all ages. These services include comprehensive adult and pediatric eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, both medical and surgical; as well as emergency and in-hospital eye care.
