Mr. Johnson’s career highlights include winning a jury verdict of more than $4 million for U.S. Risk Insurance Group against several defendants for trademark infringement; a $10 million settlement in favor of Exel Transportation (formerly a division of DHL) in a theft of trade secrets and computer hacking case; and substantial work for high-end consumer electronics provider Bose, including winning a $1.24 million judgment and permanent injunction against a group of defendants for trademark and copyright infringement and counterfeit product sales. Mr. Johnson has successfully represented BMC Software , TXU Energy, Kinko's (now known as FedEx Office), United Healthcare, Coach  and the Dallas Mavericks.

Mr. Shadle handles executive-level trade-secret disputes and general corporate defense work. He represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters and employment-related issues. In addition to representing employment law clients in arbitration proceedings and courtroom litigation, he also advises companies on investigations, non-compete and non-disclosure covenants, and best practices. Mr. Shadle has defended companies against employee whistleblower claims, state and federal discrimination charges, age discrimination lawsuits and disputes involving the Family and Medical Leave Act.
