-- Diageo, the world's leading spirits, wine and beer company announced today that it will be relocating its Miami office to Coral Gables, FL in the fall of 2013. Diageo’s lease at its current location is ending, and the Company has signed a ten year lease at the new site.
The Coral Gables office is located at 396 Alhambra Circle and the property is owned by Agave Holdings. The 32,527 square foot space has received LEED Silver and Gold certification and when Diageo builds out the space, it will have a design unique to Miami and provide a state of the art workplace.
“The new office is an important hub for not only Diageo North America, but also serves as the gateway to Latin America and our successful – and growing – business there,” said Randy Millian, Diageo President, Latin America and Caribbean. “We are excited to join the Coral Gables community.”
“We are thrilled that Diageo has decided to enhance its operations and make the move from Blue Lagoon to Coral Gables,” said Coral Gables’ Mayor Jim Cason. Mayor Cason further stated, “We are sure this move will provide them with a wonderful new home.”

All Diageo employees based in Miami will be relocated to the new Coral Gables office. The Miami office supports Diageo’s North America, Latin America and Caribbean regions as well as the Global Travel & Middle East and Diageo-Guinness USA business units.
