NAI Robert Lynn Global Investment Services Continues to Expand
Joe Cicardo and Paul Stevenson hired as Senior Vice Presidents
With more than 42 years of combined experience in the industry, Cicardo and Stevenson are expert veterans with extensive experience in retail, office and industrial transactions, and both have strong records of executing high-value transactions for clients. They will provide institutional, corporate and private clients with transaction and advisory services, and access to the single tenant investment marketplace.

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Cicardo spent 12 years working with CBRE Global Corporate Services. Actively involved in the industry, Cicardo is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Institute and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He has received numerous awards including the Best Deal of the Year Award in the office lease category from the Dallas Business Journal and was named a CoStar Power Broker for Dallas/Fort Worth.
Cicardo earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and is a CFA and licensed real estate salesperson in Texas. He currently lives in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas.
Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Stevenson spent nearly 11 years providing brokerage and consulting services with his firm, Stevenson Realty Advisors, LLC, and nearly three years handling sale/leaseback and portfolio dispositions for Bank One Corporate Real Estate Services. Previously, he worked for The Prime Group and Trammell Crow Company. Actively involved in the industry and the community, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of NTCAR. Stevenson is the former national alumni board representative and local club president for Vanderbilt University.
Stevenson earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and history from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. and earned his Masters of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Duke University in Durham, N.C. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1987 and currently lives in the Uptown area of Dallas.
