Marbella Luxury Property Now Significantly Undercuts Competitor European Resorts

Dec. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- The Italian Lakes and Riviera, Côte d’Azur, Balearic Islands and Marbella have been favoured holiday home destinations for the international jetset for decades.  With popularity comes high prices but one resort has failed to keep apace and is now surprisingly affordable – Marbella.

Considering Marbella’s exquisite location, at the southernmost tip of Europe therefore squeezing more sunshine hours and higher temperatures out of the entire year than the French or Italian Riviera ever will, not to mention direct year-round flight connections to Northern Europe, Russia, North Africa and North America, prices haven’t surged with such ferocity as they have on other elite coastlines.  The vagaries of the Spanish economy, lack of “easy” credit and vendors’ decisions to “move on” due to personal or financial circumstances have kept a lid on outrageous square metre prices.
