Premier Aerial Performance Group Introduces Unique Spin on Fitness Classes in Central Florida

Dec. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- AntiGravity, a major aerial theatrical company and entertainment fitness brand, is launching a new branch of unique acrobatics, fitness and aerial arts classes for local residents to get healthy and have high-flying fun at its National Training Facility in Orlando.

Visitors can enjoy a complete departure from an ordinary fitness experience with over 30 courses taught at the new training center. From aerials and bungee training to trampoline, ballet, yoga, harness work and more, there is no other place in Central Florida to get in shape the way you can at the AntiGravity National Training Facility.

The expansion at AntiGravity’s National Training Facility highlights their status as home to one of the most unique fitness centers in Central Florida. Classes are separated into three distinct categories, including aerial technique, extreme acrobatics, and fitness fundamentals. Each category gives you at least 10 different classes from experienced trainers and performers specific to each discipline.  

Classes are offered for beginners, all the way up to advanced training for the more experienced. AntiGravity’s courses in aerial technique, extreme acrobatics, as well as fitness and fundamentals are available for single attendance or class packages and student packages, offering attendees complete value options in their exercise and training routines.

The AntiGravity Orlando staff is comprised of world class trainers in a variety of different disciplines. Students and other participants will be learning from skilled experts in dance, acrobatics, gymnastics and more from all over the world.
