US Pipe Agencies, a subsidiary of Westlake Chemical Corporation and North American Pipe Coperation, was formed in 1992 with the purchase of three PVC pipe plants located in Georgia, Kentucky, and Mississippi. All of these plants manufacture pipe with integral gasketed joints for use in potable water and sanitary sewer systems.
