Dec. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- On July 7, 2012 Brian lost his Son, Lance Knight to an unintentional overdose of heroine. Lance had a brief relapse after being in treatment and sober for over 6 months. This show will focus on parents who have lost their children to addiction as well as focus on the issues of relapse as part of the decease concept and issues to be dealt with as well as relapse prevention.

Doctor Simmon Wilcox will be there to explain medically the risks of death when relapse occurs and why.  Doc Wilcox will also talk about addiction and the Mid Brain.

Check out this video on Youtube about Lance:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=puvLZjD1wtU

R. Cord Beatty stated: I am honored to have Brian come on our show to talk about his son Lance. Having had the privilege of sponsoring Lance for over a year and a half, I have become very close to the Knight family especially sense July 7, 2012 when we learned of the tragic loss of Lance. Lance was a great teacher to me during the time I knew him teaching me patience, understanding and love. Through the sharing of his story by his father Brian Lance continues to teach, motivate, mentor and love people he didn't even know. How Cool is that? This show above all of the others that we will ever do, will hit very close to home.

Marsha stated: I will never get forget the night I called Lance's mom to tell her that he had passed away, the scream she let out. It was one I never want to hear again but know that I will. Parents are not suppose to bury their children, that is why we continue  to carry the message that treatment works and recovery is possible. We never give up on the addict who still suffers you wouldn't want me to if it was your child. Please tune in this topic may just provide the help or comfort you have been looking for.
