Dec. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Eleven authors, thirteen fiction short stories, one great book, 'The Writer's Chest' was published on 29 November 2012 by Jason Moser as part of a pilot join venture program to help fiction authors earn money from their writing and to teach them the fundamental processes of publishing and marketing.

Jason said, "In a market as saturated as the fiction book market, a new or undiscovered writer needs something that stands out and attracts attention to their writing. I developed my website to help authors find information about all fiction writing topics, but decided to take it a step further and do some actual hands-on work to help in a more powerful and positive way."

The Writer's Chest short fiction compilation is filled with the imagination and energy of eleven creative authors. Covering all story categories from romance to suspense, there is something for everyone and it's sure to entertain, amuse, and enlighten through each and every page.

"As a fiction author myself, I understand the frustrations of post publishing. Marketing is the most difficult aspect for a writer, but with some help and motivation, the marketing power of eleven authors greatly increases the chance of selling more books."

The Fiction Shorts project is an annual publication that takes submitted stories by various fiction authors and through a panel of judges, chooses the ones that followed all of the direction to be in the final compilation. Once the book is published, all profits made from the exclusive sale of the book are split equally to each author through royalty shares, one share per author per story. "This book not only gives the author a 'published' status, it's also an income stream to help them with future writing efforts.
