By: Injury Lawyer Network Dec. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Mesothelioma is a fatal form of lung cancer that is effecting our veterans. Many of them are currently retirees hoping to enjoy life. According to L Spitzer MSW, "Mesothelioma has a very long latency period and I am concerned about our seniors who are just starting to show symptoms." http://injurylawyernetwork.net/
"Many of our older veterans are now faced with this fatal lung cancer. Veterans who served in all branches of the US Armed Forces are starting to show symptoms due to exposure to asbestos used in products used by the Armed Forces before it was phased out in the 1970s," Says the helpline. According to the Injury Lawyer Network representatives: The helpline representatives continue: "Symptoms may take up to 50 years to develop. Many former armed services veterans are now showing symptoms of asbestos exposure years later. We must locate these people and explain the mesothelioma lawsuits and make sure they get the justice they deserve. It is important to get them to an experienced mesothelioma lawyer." http://injurylawyernetwork.net/ The helpline is overseen by a medical social worker and rehabilitation counselor and can be reached 24hrs a day, 7 days a week by calling 1 877 522-2123. Although every state in the country has reported cases of asbestos related mesothelioma, the helpline is concentrating on these states with the highest fatalities: California, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois and Washington. These eight states account for more than half of all mesothelioma deaths in the nation. The cities are Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Chicago. End
