Announcing Sweet Jesus live at the CROSSFlorida Conference 2-8-13

CROSSFlorida (http://www.crossflorida.org/)stands for Christian Recovery Organizations Summit of South Florida. First Presbyterian Church of Miami is hosting the summit in Brickell.

Sweet Jesus is a Christian Ministry Band affiliated with Lighthouse Community Church in Dania Beach, FL (http://www.lighthousecc.org/). The members include worship leader, Dyce Kimura - Lead Guitar/Vocals, Alexander Pereda- Pastor/Ministry Leader, Bekah Hernandez - Vocals, Chris Wallace - Bass Guitar/Vocals, Jonathan Wall - Keyboards, Carol Ascari – Drums, and Marla Tallant – Acoustic Guitar/Vocals.

Using a unique approach to leading worship, Sweet Jesus combines musical worship with devotional presentations. Their musical repertoire includes a variety of popular Christian compositions which appeal to all age groups. Band leader Dyce Kimura (http://dycekimura.com/) is in recovery and shares his riveting testimony, recounting how God intervened at the lowest point of his life, changing the course of his life forever. Pastor Alex Pereda passionately shares the gospel, blending his message with the lyrics of the songs for a seamless, worship experience that captures the audience’s attention from beginning to end.
