The Rockstar Group Hosts Grand Opening Party In Celebration Of New Catering Kitchen

Dec. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- It’s been a whirlwind of a year for The Rockstar Group -  whose companies include popular event sources Rockstar Catering Company and Rockstar Event Planners - with the rollout of their new kitchen and tasting room located at 19940 Mona Road in Tequesta.

Owner and Chef Kyle Pintarelli along with his wife and Event Planner Rachel Pintarelli invited clients, purveyors, event partners, and friends to sip, savor and celebrate with Team Rockstar at their grand opening this past Friday, November 30th. The event offered guests a first-hand peek into the new 1,200 square foot space outfitted with a full catering kitchen, built to Chef Kyle’s specifications, and tasting room for client consultations.

Partygoers were greeted with Rockstar’s signature hors d’ oeuvres including Nantucket Bay Scallops Spoons with Celery, Taro Crisps, and Fennel; Applewood Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Maytag Blue Cheese Stuffing; Thai Ginger Chicken Endive Boats; Tuna Tartare Sweet Potato Crisps with Shanghai Creme; Julienne Ducking and Brandy Purses; Black River Caviar Service.

Rockstar’s preferred event partners also got in on the grand opening festivities with microbrews from Tequesta Brewing Co, floral Arrangements by Botanical Bliss, music by DJ Midnight Mike, and party shots snapped by Stay Forever Photography.

“We couldn’t be happier with the turn-out”, said Chef Kyle. “The opening party gave us the opportunity to showcase Rockstar’s unique take on event catering from the comfort of our own kitchen.”

“The Rockstar party experience isn’t just catering and event coordination”, added Rachel. “It’s so much more. Event Design, Lighting, Florals, DJs, Tents, Photographers, Cinematographers...We cover it all.”

With their expansion under way, Rockstar has big plans for their fourth year and beyond, with the hopes of adding a fleet of catering trucks to service Palm Beach and Martin counties. In the meantime, Kyle and Rachel are just enjoying the process of settling into their new headquarters.
