Excuse Proof Fitness Podcast Launched To Assist Individuals In Reaching Their Health Goals
The health and fitness blog Excuse Proof Fitness launches their new podcast which provides tips for helping individuals overcome various challenges to reaching their fitness goals like limited time and lack of motivation.
The podcast is hosted by Excuse Proof Fitness founder Derek Doepker and will occasionally feature guest experts on a variety of topics related to weight loss, nutrition, and muscle building. The first episode addresses the challenge of eating a healthier diet while on a busy schedule.
Derek says, "I wanted to create a podcast because I know that many people are busy and unable to take the time to sit down and read the various writings I have on these topics. A podcast is a perfect opportunity for people to get educated on health and fitness while driving in their car, working out, or going on about their day."
