Christy Beck To Head Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, New Homes Division

(Raleigh, NC) – – Don Walston, Founder and Executive Chairman of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, is pleased to announce that Christy Beck has been named Senior Vice President, Director of New Homes for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services.

Christy Beck has extensive experience in new homes sales and marketing. She has overseen the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategy for multi-state operations and currently manages the sales at Heritage, one of the most successful new homes communities in the country. Christy holds the Master in Residential Marketing Designation (MIRM), she is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), she is a member of the IRM Board of Governors of the National Sales and Marketing Council for the NAHB, and has received numerous sales and marketing awards and accolades, to include being named the 2012 National Sales Manager of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) at The National Sales and Marketing Awards.
