Neighborhood Home Rescue Project Offers Options to Struggling Homeowners
Event helps homeowners explore their options in the challenging Las Vegas real estate market
Las Vegas, NV- Exploring the options that are available to struggling homeowners in the challenging Las Vegas real estate market will be the focus of the Neighborhood Home Rescue Project's educational event Thursday, December 13th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Buffalo Center 2451 South Buffalo Drive #100.
Topics that will be discussed that can help homeowners avoid foreclosure and bankruptcy include refinancing, loan modifications, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, Nevada Mediation as well as credit and post- closing financial obligations.
Real estate professionals, negotiation and bankruptcy attorneys, loan modification specialists and credit counselors are scheduled as speakers at the event. There will be a Q and A session and the speakers will be available at the end of the seminar for individual counseling.
