to engage with its consumers across the country. The ‘Nilon’s Cooking Challenge’ is the first digital engagement undertaken by the brand with it’s brand ambassador and top chef, Nita Mehta. With a grand prize of a refrigerator and also weekly food hampers, the contest created a lot of buzz on social media.
The contest invited women to participate in each of the weekly challenges proposed by brand ambassador, Nita Mehta. Every week, women were given an innovative food theme and invited to cook up a creative dish and submit their recipes. Some of the challenges were ‘No Fire Cooking’, ‘Biryanis & Pulaos’ and ‘Delicious Desserts’.
The contest received a good response with a total participation of about 240 entries. Over the next year, Nilon’s will continue to engage its consumers with contests and activities to take forward its core proposition of ‘Fun, Food and Family’.
