New England Prosperity Offers a New Way to Buy and Sell Real Estate
New England Prosperity offers commision money back to charities as well as buyers and sellers ; thereby changing the face of real estate transactions.
New England Prosperity, founded and operated by Jim Lowenstern, an industry veteran who has founded both real estate brokerage, publishing and Internet companies, is a national network of over 15,000 carefully selected Realtors who are willing to give both you and your favorite charity a sizeable portion of their commission as credit or cash. These brokers are donating to worthy causes, and also credit you back money to help with things such as your mortgage closing costs, title insurance, moving expenses and more.
Mr. Lowenstern and his network do have certain charities that they are affiliated with, but they are more than happy to donate to a charity of your choice as well.
“We are changing the way some people buy and sell real estate including the brokers we refer business to,” Lowenstern said. “And we are making it easier for the buyer and seller in the process because these committed brokers are pitching in with a piece of their commission to help with closing costs and other expenses.”
Twenty percent of the real estate commission goes back to the seller or buyer, and five percent goes to the charity.
“It will cost you nothing compared with the traditional way real estate is bought and sold, but it will mean everything to the people you help, plus if you are buying and selling you benefit as well,” Lowenstern says.
New England Prosperity works with some very high end brokers, who willingly donate up to $100,000 of their commission back to the charity and the buyer/ seller.
