Carolina Reserve Grand Opening a Huge Success
Weekend Event, Preview of Planned Amenities Drive Sales Spike at Up-and-Coming Charlotte-Area Community
While potential homebuyers toured the new, beautifully decorated model homes at Carolina Reserve, a bounce house, inflatable slide and costume contest kept kids entertained. Fun fall foods like candy apples and funnel cakes gave the event a festival-like atmosphere.
“We are thrilled with the turnout, but especially pleased with the response to our Everything’s Included® signature program, the variety of lifestyles available at Carolina Reserve, and the energy efficiency of our gorgeous new homes,” said Jon Hardy, president of Lennar’s Charlotte division. “As an Energy Star 3.0 certified builder, our homes exceed customer expectations. Customers were wowed by the radiant barrier roof sheathing, which reduces energy costs and lowers solar heat gain in the attic by as much as 30 degrees in the summer.”
Hardy said guests were also excited to see the preliminary sketches for the community’s clubhouse, which were unveiled during the grand opening. The clubhouse is in its final design stages and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2013. Plans also call for a pool, fitness center and pond with a dock, along with 70 acres of green space at Carolina Reserve, which features Six Mile Creek and several tributaries flowing through the community.
Located on Jim Wilson Road just east of U.S. 521, Carolina Reserve is comprised of two distinct villages offering floor plans suited to specific lifestyles. Priced from the $190s, Carolina Reserve Meadows features low-maintenance ranches with perpetual lawn care included. Carolina Reserve Enclave boasts expansive single-family homes, perfect for growing families, with prices from the $200s. All homes at Carolina Reserve feature Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® offering, which provides luxury features that come as standard items included in the home’s base price.
The location is just minutes from the Ballantyne area’s offices, shopping, dining and entertainment. For recreation lovers there are several golf courses nearby, as well as the scenic Catawba River.
The new Welcome Home Center at Carolina Reserve is located at 3021 Angel Carrie Lane in Indian Land. Two decorated models are open for tours, and new home consultants are on site from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
