Nevada Bar Appoints Zachary Redman to Executive Committee of the Business Law Section

Las Vegas based Snell and Wilmer attorney, Zachary Redman, is looking forward to working on the executive committee of the Nevada State Bar’s Business Law Section.
Dec. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Zachary Redman, an attorney in the Las Vegas office, was recently appointed to the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Nevada State Bar.

The purpose of the Nevada State Bar’s Business Law Section is to enhance the role and skills of lawyers engaged in the practice of business law and to act upon all matters germane to its purpose as so described or referred to it by the Board of Governors.

“As a member of the executive committee, I look forward to providing direction and programs for attorneys practicing business law,” Redman said. “The Nevada State Bar provides great resources for attorneys in our state and I feel privileged to be part of this team.”

Redman advises clients in wide range of corporate matters, including business acquisitions and mergers, corporate governance, owner relations, business structuring, formation and equity offerings.
