Prime Commercial Lending & President Kris Roglieri Fund $800000 Bridge Loan for Commercial Developer

This particular loan was for the acquisition and rehab of a vacant office building in downtown Hartford. Prime Commercial Lending is pleased to assist the commercial developer, which already had secured some very strong future tenants for after the rehab is completed.

Kris Roglieri, President of Prime Commercial Lending, expressed his delight in Prime’s ability to underwrite and fund this project in less than two weeks. Kris Roglieri went on to explain that the property was bought at auction, which made the time a bit compressed.
