Grant recently presented a course titled Blood Test Cases: Discovery, Science and Strategy before the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
On November 2, 2012, attorney Grant presented the course at the Annual DWI Advanced Program: Seven Cities of Gold for the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. The course, Blood Test Cases: Discovery, Science and Strategy went over the basic of blood and alcohol testing and how to build a defense strategy. The New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association is a voluntary professional association made up of public and private criminal defense lawyers, law students, legal assistants and others who stand together to safeguard peoples’ constitutional rights in the criminal justice process. With more than 500 members in the state of New Mexico, the NMCDLA is directly affiliated with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Washington, D.C. Immediately following the presentation in New Mexico, attorney Grant boarded a plane and travelled to Sugar Land, Texas where she presented the same course before the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association on November 3rd, 2012 at the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square. The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA) is the largest state association that exists for criminal defense attorneys.
