The Doylestown Community Food Pantry help ensure these children and their families are well fed, especially during the holiday season.

As a leading Doylestown Mercedes-Benz dealership, Keenan Motors is thrilled to host their annual Food Drive in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. All of the donations collected in their showroom floor will be given to the Doylestown Community Food Pantry, and will help feed thousands of individuals during  the holiday season.

Last year, Keenan Motors was able to help raise tons of food donations, which were spread out amongst the three local pantries. However, with a 30% increase in the need for the services of the food pantry since 2010, the need for assistance and donations is greater than ever.

Keenan Motors Is Eager To Help Feed Local Families This Holiday Season

If you’re interested in making a donation, Keenan Motors has a few suggestions for the kinds of food that would be best suited for the season. Items like turkey, chicken, gravy, stuffing, baking goods like sugar and flour, canned meats, microwave chunky soups, sodium-free veggies (excluding green beans), canned goods, peanut butter, juice boxes, rice sugar, coffee, teas, and cereals are always needed

If you’re looking to donate non-food items, they are also being accepted at Keenan Motors for collection. Crucial items that would really make a family happy during the holiday season include laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, soap, shaving cream, disposable razors, and other personal care items.

If you’re a Doylestown Mercedes-Benz shopper interested in contributing to the cause, you can drop any and all donations off at the collection box in the Keenan Motors showroom. Donations are being accepted up until December 31st.  Every item helps tremendously..
