In 1985 when Trophy Awards was purchased by Bob and Nancy Busch, it was on the brink of bankruptcy. Twenty-seven years later this 2nd generation family business is about to hit 4 million in sales.
In 1985 Trophy Awards yearly revenue was 135 thousand and the family business has grown by leaps and bounds ever since. Hitting the million-dollar mark in 1998 the company continued to expand. Trophy Awards moved into a new 10,000-sq/ft location in 2000 and the next year Trophy Awards received the highest industry honor achieving the ARA International Retailer of the Year Award.
Now under the reigns of Bob and Nancy’s children Tom and Jenny and son-in-law Jason, Trophy Awards continues to thrive. Building on the hard work and solid foundation the next generation has continued to grow Trophy Awards into one of the top awards companies in the country.
