Ohio State University Adopts Safe Food Solutions’ Online Food Safety Training
Safe Food Solutions’ offering streamlines Ohio State University foodhandler education campus-wide
Ohio State University operates over 20 locations on campus, with a variety of service-styles, locations, hours, and cuisines to serve its student and faculty community. With implementation of the Basic Food Safety eStart™ course and streamlined delivery system, Safe Food Solutions offers Ohio State University improved operational effectiveness, better efficiency in training and a cost savings.
According to Zia Ahmed, Dining Services Director for OSU, “Training a large group of student employees in a physical environment can be a challenge. We feel that the online system will streamline the process.
