Chemicals in cigarette smoke, its hazard on health and more

Those who have been smoking for years know the effects on health due to smoking. Unfortunately its one of the toughest habits to kick. Some say that cigarette smoking is more addictive than many other drugs.
Nov. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Being one of the hardest habit to quit, smokers struggle every day to kick the habit in vain. Today more than 10 million people die due to smoking related diseases. Unlike the early 1900's smoking is not considered a thing of style. Research and study has found smoking to be a major cause for cancer, heart diseases, infertility and a lot more. Smoking is generally bad for health and everyone would tell you that. What many of us dont know is Why it is bad. people think of only Carbon Mono Oxide , Tar and Nicotine to be the content of the smoke. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Smoking involves intake of over 4000 Chemicals to our lungs. more than 50 of them are carcinogens, chemicals that create cancer. If you been exposed to concentrated amount of any of these chemicals, chances of getting cancer is almost immediate.

A normal cigarette would have some of these chemicals which are deemed hazardous by regulatory bodies world wide

Most of the above chemicals are known to be cancer agents and reduce immunity in humans. People are becoming more consious and turning on to other ways to quit smoking.
